Crypto Week Uzbekistan 2024, an event organised by the National Agency of Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan (the Agency), PraeLegal Uzbekistan and Heemera, has started on 3 June.

Crypto Week Uzbekistan is an annual event that brings together representatives of regulators and businesses, providing a platform for discussing current issues and trends in the modern world of crypto-assets.

First Deputy Director of the Agency Vyacheslav Pak at the opening of the event in his welcoming speech said:

“Today we can proudly say that thanks to the support and political will of the head of state, Uzbekistan has become a unique platform where a regulatory and institutional framework for the functioning of crypto-assets has been created.

Undoubtedly, the main goal of crypto-industry development in Uzbekistan is to increase the investment attractiveness of our country, to introduce new forms and methods of investments attraction, both local and foreign, which is ultimately aimed at ensuring sustainable economic growth and improving the well-being of citizens”.

Around 200 participants - entrepreneurs, investors, developers and enthusiasts gathered on the margins of Crypto Week Uzbekistan 2024 to share knowledge and explore the limitless possibilities of crypto-assets and blockchain.

The event features informative panel discussions, masterclasses, presentations of innovative projects, networking opportunities between cryptosphere experts, exclusive announcements and presentations from leading cryptocurrency companies.
